The role was scrapped in the 2023 AGM, with its duties reassigned to the [[Equipment Officer]] and [[Training Officer]] (the latter of which was itself scrapped a year later).

The duties of the Deputy Technical Director are described in the Policy - Non-Committee Positions, under point 1. These duties may change at the Annual General Meeting and so may not fully represent the duties those who historically held the role.

The role was scrapped in the 2023 AGM, with its duties reassigned to the Equipment Officer and Training Officer (the latter of which was itself scrapped a year later).
