For Roses 2001, YSTV were asked by the Athletic Union to help do some audio-visual work at the Roses Ball in the Barbican Centre. Cameras and projectors were placed in different rooms in the complex in order to encourage people to make use of all the space.
A highlights video consisting of lots of short clips of the action so far in the tournament was filmed by various people and edited by Kevin Bowman. Lorna Mitchell provided a system showing the results of the matches held.
