I don't see why it's interesting that the timeclock refers to Debbie (as in Debbie Rule). Debbie and Graham worked together on Rip off, and it's probable that Debbie did the title sequence alone as she was good at editing. The producer field is only a nominal piece of text, for example Bulletin's titles probably list Chris Parker as the producer but he probably never actually produced the programme.
