My evidence was from schedula:

which suggested a 4 bit value, or 16, and I recalled more than 8 sockets. However it might have just been written with the future in mind for a replacement larger mux: you're right about the silent channel, that was mux input 3. [[User:Sprow|Sprow]] 07:55, 31 May 2007 (BST)
