With the slow destruction of the network by Estates, this position is now redundant, and as of 2011 no longer exists, given that the last surviving link (YSTV to the Exhibition Centre) was destroyed in the expansion of the YUSU building over the old McQs site.

To make it obvious where there are joint officerships vs. changes in officers, use "and" and "then".
