- Assistant Production Director - 2014-15
Helen always wanted to be a part of YSTV since starting at York University in 2012, however wasn't brave enough to do anything about it until February 2014. After going to the first meeting and realising these people were actually ok, she decided to stay. Within her first week of being a member of YSTV she found herself Sound Op-ing the 2nd heat of Battle of the Bands 2014 (thanks to Sam Nicholson!) And the rest, as they say, is history...
She now gets asked various questions regarding sound and microphones and fancy things like compression, EQ and filtering, because she's a Music Technology Electronics student and "knows what she's doing"...
