Forward scouting had been done that we secure the storage room next to Main Hall, part of the audience area in Hes East swimming pool. In regard of 22 Acres, YUSU only able to pin down the fixture the week before, where they agree to provide power line and network for event that we are going to cover, and fail to (where LA1 brought enough cable to run it). However
Room booking had been made a term ago, where G/045a booked for editing and G/020 for tech support, servers and equipment  for equipment in the studio. The booking only start at 16:00 on Friday which can't support most show on Friday. YUSU had instead lend us G/045b, where we move our server in it for only a while before move them to URY. As we could set in early in G/045b, it become the edit room and studio storage instead. The G/020 follow the plan and become a room for MCR, tech support room
In the planning there was up to 3 O.B. units and a studio show operating each day. In practice, due to lack of crew and LA1 "didn't think how to set it up", we only had 2 O.B. units and the Studio show.
