Can't do, I'm afraid. The A-Z is generated by the wiki, based on pages listed as part of the category "People". It can only be shown on that page. Technically we can edit the header of the category page, but then the A-Z would still be at the bottom. I've added a link to the page, best I can do for now I'm afraid.
