The name Bulletin was first used for a YSTV News show in 1989 (as far as we know). This was shortlived, being replaced by Network the following year. It did, however, manage to win a NaSTA award for Best News Programme during its short run.
The name was later revived from 1997 to 2003, which has a page over here
