Tom Hughes was at York 2002-5 and was involved in YSTV periodically throughout.  He appeared on [[YSTV Week]] commenting on that year's Eurovision Song Contest for three consecutive years, the latter two apparently live from the host venue.  He was a co-presenter of [[Small Screen]] for the first year of the show, and [[Social Secretary]] in summer 2005.  He also designed the logo for [[Elections 2004]].
