Pretty much...it was still a tradition when I started in 2002 but the last year we did it was 2003, in 2004 hardly anyone graduated so we kind of forgot (and the station had just been through quite a shaky period so it wasn't at the forefront of our minds) and as far as I know it didn't happen in 2005 (well I'm not an honorary member so I hope not! :-)).
