Cooking with compilation

Due to a conflict of Matt Lyon's availability there was no longer time left to record a full 6th episode to complete series 1. Instead some studio introductions were recorded, presented as though reading letters from viewers asking questions, and hastily put together with some outtakes from the first 5 programmes.

The closing titles were some musicUnverified or incomplete information.
