XLR Sessions is a musical performance show, created in late 2022 by Sophie Nimmo. Each episode features a different band performing a ten-minute set and is followed by an interview on sister show XLR Unplugged. In November 2023, the show was relaunched under new showrunners Alex Charlery-Warner and Tom Foreman, and performances moved from the YSTV studio to Central Hall, with sound and lighting provided by TechSoc.
