XLR Sessions is a musical performance show, created in late 2022 by Sophie Nimmo. Each episode features a different band performing a ten-minute set and is followed by an interview on sister show XLR Unplugged. In November 2023, the show was relaunched under new showrunner Alex Charlery-Warner and performances moved out of the YSTV studio, initially to Central Hall, with sound and lighting supported by TechSoc.
