Sally Gray was one of the 1994-95 intake. Soon after joining, she took over the role of Production Director from Mark Hansgate, who had resigned in order to spend more time on his degree. She was often heard at the station meetings saying "it's about the programmes" and was always attempting to extract money from the Treasurer for this cause.
She led the successful production meetings which took place at Monday lunchtimes. In fact, it was noted in the station meetings that there was absence of the new intake, leaving only the old guard to discuss the finer points of the constitution. Some may say that one of her notable achievements, was being the first person to successfully argue the case for presenter's makeup.
Unfortunately, she had burned too brightly in her initial year and was less active in the society in her latter years.
