A newly created role in the [[2022 Constitution]], taking many of the responsibilities of the [[Station Managers|Station Manager]].

The duties of the Head of Welfare and Training were described in [[docs:YSTV_Constitution#Duties_of_YSTV.E2.80.99s_Committee|the Constitution - Duties of YSTV’s Committee]], under point 5. These duties may change at the [[Annual General Meeting]] and so may not fully represent the duties those who historically held the role.

The position was a short-lived one, being scrapped in the 2023 AGM. Its responsibilities were merged into the [[Administration Directors|Administration Director]] and [[Training Officers|Training Officer]] positions.
