As I remember it, and I didn't insitgate it so I'm not sure how much of this is true, Adrian had settled down to rebuild/modify a box in the studio (because there was more space there) a camera was pointed at his handy work and broadcast live to network for several hours, captions were added to encourage people to phone to see if anyone was watching.
