Battle of the Bands

Battle of the Bands is the long-running annual campus event where unsigned campus bands get together and compete to find out who is the best band on campus (and in the process many prove why they are unsigned). It takes place mid-Spring term.

YSTV has covered the event since 2003, when organisers URY and BandSoc approached the station to see if they were interested in providing big-screen coverage of the event, much as was done annually at Woodstock.
