With Hidden being released at the end of autumn term, Thomas started shooting his new short film: Robbing Chloe, a dark comedy about a group of robbers using their big heist for petty revenge. Around the same time, he also started the series YSTV does... after being dared by Klara Simonova and Prakriti Jha to go poledancing for a video. Simultaneously, he started working with Matthew Zeffertt on The FetSocDoc, in which he appeared as co-presenter.

During the coming terms, he continued working on a wide array of productions, always trying to trial new formats and push for more complicated and challenging ideas (both on factual and entertainment content). He also joined YSTV for their trip to Malham Cove, took on the role as Content Lead and VT Editor during Roses 2019 and was in Nottingham for YSTV's Best Broadcaster win at 2019. He also edited the winning showreel with Matthew Zeffertt.

For Roses 2019, Thomas served as Content Lead, directed a few of the live streams and primarily worked on a series of pre-recorded VTs. At the main live show (the opening ceremony) he operated as Live Highlights Editor - a role which he would reprise for several later streams.

In the lead-up to AGM 2019, he and Steph spent a lot of time re-working and updating the media group's constitution and policy, as they both realised they had not really been looked into in several years. Their decision to do a deep-dive into the documents eventually resulted in The 52 Amendments.
