Howard is a movable CCTV camera capable of being slung from the lighting rig, and remotely controlled using a serial interface. It used to be used at Woodstock, hung above the stage. When Woodstock was a thing. Now Howard resides in the studio as one of our internal CCTV cameras for security.
Technical Details
Howard is a Sony Colour Video Camera Model EVI-D70P, taking a 12V DC input at 1A, with serial number 425618. It communicates using the Sony VISCA protocol, over RS-422 on a slightly custom breakout lead.
