From there, Beth was tricked (or talked into) becoming the Technical Director, before completing her Pokémon evolution into Station Director.

Kept telling people how easy tech was, and while that might not have grown the technical team in pure techie numbers, more prod members slowly became more confident at using equipment which did relieve some pressure on the more regular productions, until, eventually, she managed a full week without receiving a single phone call surrounding how to use a camera <3
 
Also coined the 'we should merge tech and comp' joke.
 
Somehow was re-elected as TechSoc's Marketing Officer despite basically doing nothing but updating them on YSTV Things.
