	NaSTA 2012 was hosted by Nottingham University Television (NUTS) and took place from the 20th to the 22nd of April 2012. The conference lasted three days with the award ceremony being held in Studio 7, the ex-home of Supermarket Sweep and The ~~Might~~ Boosh. 	YSTV won [[Best Broadcaster]] for the first time since [[NaSTA 1998\|1998]], as well as Best Onscreen Female [[Emma Bennett]] and highly commended for Best Light Entertainment for [[Chris Wall]]s [[Pushing the Senses]]. 			* [[Marie Mills]] got very friendly with a member of NUTS.
			* [[Steven Perring]] ran for the NaSTA Exec but was unsuccessful.
			* Our Golden Bodge involved singing 'I'm Sexy and I Know It' by LMFAO in the style of Come Dine With Me. Needless to say there was nudity, including [[Mark Friend]].
