Using the overly long instrumental introduction to Step's "Tragedy", this short promo was highlighting the new programming coming up in 1999, created by Rob Sprowson.

It's not believed to have been deliberately archived to tape as it was played directly off the recently aquired Mac, though may exist on some VHS copies of the Bulletin (again) news.
