I don't think LE was the first to use a DOG - Children In Need 1999 had one, and various morning magazine shows had on screen clocks. I think at least one edition of the 2003 version of The Review used one. However it's the first one to regularly use one. End of pedantry! :-) Jonathan 19:35, 24 February 2007 (UTC)
