Pigeons

This ident was filmed by Jenny Gordon and entered for NaSTA 2002, where it won Best Ident. It featured the YSTV logo cut out of bread, which the pigeons then ate. The footage was reversed and hey presto, a winning ident was born.

YSTV was not thought to hold a copy of this ident anymore, however it is logged as being on DV15. It was set to expire in 2003, and may subsequently have been taped over, although this has not been verified. No attempt has yet been made to recover the footage from the NaSTA 2002 tapes, which ought to exist as YSTV was hosting the conference.

By complete coincidence (probably due to the above fact) a very similar ident was made in 2006 (Ducks) which also won Best Ident at NaSTA.
