NaSTA 2012 was hosted by Nottingham University Television (NUTS) and was 20-22rd April 2012. The conference lasted three days with the award ceremony being held in Studio 7, the ex-home of Supermarket Sweep and The Might Boosh. YSTV took along 17 members, inlcuind Mark Friend for the 9th time.

We won Best Broadcaster, and Best Onscreen Female Emma Bennett as well as getting highly commended for Best Light Entertainment for Pushing the Senses.

Some of the highlights included...

  • A tree caught fire whilst filming the golden bodge. Steven Perring was visably disappointed when he was pulled away from the fire.
