2005 saw the Make Poverty History campaign swing into action across the UK as we hosted both the G8 and EU presidencies. A massive rally was organised in Edinburgh at the end of the summer term to drive home the point, and YSTV was asked by the campaign organisers on campus to cover it. So Rowan de Pomerai and Richard Ash took a DV camera along with two coach loads of students, and Richard Ash produced the short documentary [you can see here.]

It was later used as a filler on the new sustaining service put out by the video server. As a result it is one of YSTV's most transmitted programmes.
