The name Bulletin was first used for a YSTV News show in 1989 (as far as we know). This was shortlived, being replaced by [[Network]] the following year.  It did, however, manage to win a [[NaSTA]] award for Best News Programme during its short run.

The show was produced weekly on a Thursday (interleaved with the daily [[002]] at lunchtime), and had a high degree of production with VTs from on and off campus making up a substantial (although variable) length programme, some episodes of which cane be seen [http://ystv.york.ac.uk/watch/vids.php?cat=32 on the YSTV website].
