BoB 2007 set a precedent for years to come in that it was the first BoB event where YSTV broadcast both the Semi Finals and the Finals live. Ian Martindale led the production with the assistance of Nick Howell and Simon Harris for the technical aspects.

The Semi Finals were held in Langwith, L/N/028 to be exact, with the YSTV control room set up in L/037. In L/N/028 we had two roaming cameras, Deathstar and a wideshot at the back of the hallUnverified or incomplete information.

Interviews with the bands were conducted in the hallway outside L/037 during the Semi Finals ready for use in VTs for the Final.

The final was held in Vanbrugh dining hall. YSTV's control room was set up in V/120Unverified or incomplete information.

In the dining hall we had Deathstar, two roaming cameras and a wideshot. A projector was setup to the left of the stage (as you look at it) where the main output was broadcast.

As done previously, introduction VTs were edited to introduce each of the bands at the final. Matthew Tole carried on the concept of a live-edit from the previous year, producing a VT with highlights of the night's performances which was played out before the results were announced.

The Heats were held in Goodricke Dining hall where a wideshot camera was setup to provide a video feed to URY who were setup in G/045. Pictures of the event can be found in the YSTV Gallery.
